Flightpath is 100% Independent. We are Australian owned, operated and Founded in Melbourne's Inner West. Being an independent company means Flightpath acts solely in your best interests, without any conflicts of interest. 

How can a Buyers Advocates help me?

As buyers advocates, our team search and evaluate properties that meet your criteria both currently on the market plus off market and then negotiate the purchase of that chosen property (whether by auction or private sale.) We represent you, the buyer—unlike real estate agents, who work for the seller. Our goal is simple: to help you secure the right property at the best possible price, with zero conflicts of interest and ensure your best interests are always our priority.

What are the benefits of using a licensed buyers advocate at Flightpath? 

Navigating the property market is tough. We surround you with an expert team, streamline the entire process, saving you time, stress, and optimising your budget by using our insider knowledge, expert negotiation skills, and market insight to ensure the best outcome. 

What if one of your current clients has the same brief?

We have a strict policy around competing property briefs for our clients. if you have the same requirements as an existing Flightpath client (suburb, property type, budget etc), we will offer to place you on a waitlist.

How much do your services cost?

We charge a flat fee for budgets up to $1.5m.
For budgets above this amount, a fixed fee will be applied based on your pre-determined budget and confirmed in writing.With all of our services, you’ll have peace of mind and complete clarity on costs at all times.We require a commitment fee to initiate the process, with the remainder of our service fee payable once we successfully secure your property.
